National Institute of Electronics & Information Technology (NIELIT),(erstwhile DOEACC Society), an Autonomous Scientific Society under the administrative control of Ministry of Electronics & Information Technology (MoE&IT), Government of India, was set up to carry out Human Resource Development and related activities in the area of Information, Electronics & Communications Technology (IECT). NIELIT is engaged both in Formal & Non-Formal Education in the area of IECT besides development of industry oriented quality education and training programmes in the state-of-the-art areas. NIELIT has endeavoured to establish standards to be the country’s premier institution for Examination and Certification in the field of IECT. It is also one of the National Examination Body, which accredits institutes/organizations for conducting courses in IT in the non-formal sector.
Description
Applications are invited from eligible candidates for the position of Advisor (Personnel, Administration & Purchase) – purely on temporary and short-term contract basis on consolidated remuneration initially for a period of one year which may be considered for extension based on performance and requirement. Essential: – Degree in Engineering / Management. Higher Qualification will be an added advantage.
Desirable Experience : –
- Experience in Legal and Commerce background.
- Experience in RFP and EoI making and evaluation.
- Good knowledge of GFR and DOPT policies.
- Proven experience as Head of Office.
- Handling matters related to Finance and Audits.
- Preparation of MoUs and analyse financials and legal aspects of MoUs.
Age Limit:
Upto 62 Years (Retired Govt. employees upto 62 years of age
can apply).
Minimum Monthly Remuneration
- Up to Rs. 1,50,000/-
- i) A fixed monthly amount shall be paid as per the Govt. norms arriving at by deducting the basic pension (gross) from the basic pay
- drawn at the time of retirement in the case of persons retired from Govt. service.
- ii) The remuneration in case of officers retired from Autonomous
- Bodies/Universities and other officers not entitled to pension shall be fixed at 50% of last pay drawn.
