NIT Andhra Pradesh is established in the state of Andhra Pradesh recently in the academic year 2015 – 2016. Currently the Institute is offering B.Tech., M.Tech., Ph.D. and MS programmes.

Applications are invited from the interested candidates for 02 temporary positions of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) in the establishment of “Common Research and Technology Development Hub (CRTDH) on Electronic and Renewable Energy Sector” at NIT Andhra Pradesh sponsored by Department of Scientific & Industrial Research (DSIR), Ministry of Science & Technology, Government of India.

Position

• Junior Research Fellow (JRF)

Eligibility

a) First class with not less than 60% aggregate (or) not less than 6.5 CGPA
on 10-point scale in B.E/B.Tech. in Electrical/Power Engineering / Computer Science / Electronics and Communication Engineering.
and
b) First class Master’s from Electrical / Power Engineering /Computer Science / Electronics and Communication Engineering with GATE qualification.
The requirement 2b is exempted for candidates with a B.Tech degree from IIT/NITs/IIITs/CUs.

Minimum Monthly Remuneration

• Junior Research Fellow (JRF) Consolidated monthly Salary Rs. 31,000/- per month + HRA as per norms
