Project Detail
Project Title: “Product Development, Process Standardization and Shelf-life Validation of Frozen Millet Kheer and Millet Dahi Bowl for Commercial Production”.
Duration: Nine Months (Extendable as per the requirement of the project and performance)
Eligibility
Candidates must possess a degree in Technology, Food Science, Food Technology, Food Engineering, Dairy Engineering, or closely allied fields. Preference will be given to those with relevant work experience in the extrusion area or plant proteins. The maximum age limit is 35 years, with a relaxation of 5 years for women, SC/ST/OBC, and differently abled candidates as per Government of India rules.
Minimum Monthly Remuneration
- Rs. 37,000/- plus 10% HRA per month
