The Manipal Institute of Regenerative Medicine (MIRM) at MAHE Bengaluru Campus is seeking a Project Assistant for a project titled “Tunnelling nanotubes in rescuing of neurodegenerative toxic burdens by facilitating glial crosstalk through cell-to-cell transfer and its role in reversal of senescence.” This project is funded by the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) under Proposal Id IIRP-2023-0084. The research aims to explore innovative methods to combat neurodegenerative diseases through advanced cellular techniques.
Position
- Project Assistant (non-medical)
Eligibility
• M. Sc. in life science stream with minimum 80% marks
• Hands on experience of cell culture; imaging and image analysis; flow cytometry, molecular biology techniques;
• Candidate should be an expert in Western blot technique
Minimum Monthly Remuneration
- Consolidated Pay of Rs. 30,600 per month fixed.
