Description

The IIM Lucknow Enterprise Incubation Centre (IIML-EIC) is seeking a dynamic individual for the role of Manager-Business Development & New Initiatives. This position involves exploring and building potential associations with corporates, creating innovative models and programs in Corporate Innovation & Corporate Venture Capital, and establishing relationships for CSR opportunities. The role also includes designing marketing strategies and managing mentors and investors for IIML EIC.

Eligibility

Candidates should possess a B Tech/MBA/M Tech or a postgraduate degree in related subjects. A minimum of three years of experience in the incubation, startup ecosystem, or startup investment processes is required. Candidates should have a proven track record in designing and executing startup programs, along with strong communication and collaboration skills. Designing & execution of various startup programs in the past. Strong attention to detail, excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Minimum Monthly Remuneration

• The consolidated remuneration will be in the scale between Rs. 6.00 Lacs to Rs. 9.00 Lacs (all inclusive) with a break-up available with the incubator as per IIML EIC’s policy.
