Description
The Manager-HR will play a crucial role in supporting the end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interview coordination, onboarding, and induction of employees and consultants. The role involves monitoring attendance, managing leave records, and generating HR reports and dashboards for management review. Additionally, the Manager-HR will plan and execute employee engagement activities, assist in developing HR policies, and coordinate performance appraisal processes.

Eligibility
Candidates must possess an MBA or a postgraduate degree in related subjects. A minimum of three years of experience is required, with at least one year in the incubation or startup ecosystem. Candidates should have a strong understanding of HR operations, recruitment, performance management, and employee lifecycle processes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential. Knowledge of HR policy implementation, appraisal systems, attendance management, and employee engagement practices. Good communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder coordination skills.
Minimum Monthly Remuneration
- The consolidated remuneration will be in the scale between Rs. 5.40 Lacs to Rs. 9.00 Lacs (all inclusive)
