The Research Associate position at IIMA’s Cyril Shroff-IIMA GC Leadership Academy is a full-time role that involves a wide range of academic responsibilities. These include conducting literature reviews, collecting and analyzing data, conducting interviews and field research, preparing research notes and reports, and developing case studies and teaching materials. Essential Qualifications & Skills
1. A postgraduate/Master’s degree in Management, Law, Economics, Public Policy, Social Sciences, or a related discipline.
2. Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to independently undertake literature reviews, collect and analyse information and data, and contribute to research outputs.
3. Excellent English writing skills are essential, including the ability to write clearly, precisely, and in an academic/professional style.
4. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Preference will be given to candidates with:
• Prior research experience in an academic, consulting, legal, policy, or any other professional environment.
• Experience writing or contributing to research papers, journal articles, case studies, reports, or other substantive research outputs.
• Demonstrated analytical ability and strong academic credentials.
Candidates not meeting the required qualifications mentioned above should not apply.
Minimum Monthly Remuneration
- Compensation will be commensurate with qualification and experience.
