The Assistant Manager-Programs will be responsible for the smooth functioning of the incubation centre. The role involves designing, developing, and running end-to-end incubation programs to onboard innovative startups. The candidate will manage programs related to women entrepreneurship, agribusiness, blockchain technology, and social impact, among others. The position requires promoting entrepreneurship and interacting with startup founders, aspiring entrepreneurs, and students to build technology-focused startups.

Eligibility

Candidates must possess a B Tech degree from a reputed institute or an MBA with a technical background. A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in incubation, startup, MSME, or the entrepreneurial ecosystem is required. Knowledge of Industry 4.0, technology, and business solutions, along with excellent communication and presentation skills, is essential.

Minimum Monthly Remuneration

• The consolidated remuneration will be in the scale between Rs. 3.60 Lacs to Rs. 5.40 Lacs (all- inclusive).
