The University of Hyderabad is seeking a qualified individual for the position of Project Associate I in the Department of Biochemistry. This role is part of a project aimed at engineering Hydroxy nitrile Lyase for the synthesis of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs). The position is temporary, with a tenure of one year, extendable based on performance until May 19, 2028.

Eligibility
Candidates must hold an M.Sc. in Biochemistry, Life Sciences, or an equivalent field with at least 60% aggregate marks. Preference will be given to candidates who have qualified UGC-NET (eligible for JRF/AP/PhD only), GATE, or any other national-level exam. Prior lab experience in molecular biology or enzymology is advantageous. The age limit for applicants is 28 years.
Minimum Monthly Remuneration
- Rs. 25,000/- per month plus 27% HRA (Rs. 6,750/-)
