The Indian Institute of Science Education and Research (IISER) Pune is seeking a Project Research Scientist-II for a temporary and contractual position under a funded project. The project, titled “3-Dimensional Tuberculosis Co-Culture System Guided New Lead Generation,” is supported by the Indian Council for Medical Research (ICMR). The selected candidate will be involved in designing and synthesizing a library of analogues to develop new drug candidates.

Eligibility
Candidates must hold a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry or related areas with a minimum of 3 years of post-doctoral experience. Preference will be given to those with expertise in multi-step synthesis and characterization of organic compounds and probes, as well as experience in using analytical instruments for purity estimation.
Minimum Monthly Remuneration
- Rs. 67,000/- + 30% House Rent Allowance
