The ICMR-NIHR Gorakhpur is seeking qualified candidates for the role of Project Research Scientist. This position is part of a project aimed at advancing health research and improving public health outcomes. The selected candidate will be involved in various research activities, contributing to the development and implementation of health research projects.

Eligibility

• Project Research Scientist-III (Non-Medical):  Post Graduate Degree, including the integrated PG degrees, with five years’ post qualification experience.  For Engineering/IT/CS- Four Years Graduate degree with Five years’ Experience post qualification.
• Project Research Scientist-II (Non-Medical): Ph.D. in Microbiology/Biochemistry/Biotechnology from a recognized university with 2 years of R&D/teaching experience in the relevant subject; knowledge of computer applications or business intelligence tools/data management.
• Administrative Officer: Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent, with minimum 03 years of experience under the Government Department/Statutory or Autonomous bodies/Universities/Public Sector undertakings and having knowledge of MS Office, MS Word, MS Power Point and MS Excel.
• Field Officer: Graduate in Public health from a recognized university with 3 years of work experience from a recognized institution. or master’s degree in public health. or Pharm D (Doctor of Pharmacy) from a recognized institution.

Minimum Monthly Remuneration

• Project Research Scientist-III (Non-Medical): Rs. 78,000/- + HRA per month.
• Project Research Scientist-II (Non-Medical): Rs. 67,000/- + HRA per month
• Administrative Officer: Rs. 50,000/- per month.
• Field Officer: Rs. 28,000/- per month.
