The National Institute of Technology Raipur is conducting a walk-in interview for the recruitment of Junior Research Fellows and a Software Developer. These positions are part of a time-bound research project aimed at developing an AI-driven framework to ensure groundwater iron safety for tribal mining communities in Chhattisgarh. The project is a collaborative effort involving the Department of Civil Engineering and the Department of Information Technology at NIT Raipur, as well as GEC Jagdalpur.

Eligibility
The candidates must possess the following qualifications:
- Junior Research Fellow (JRF): B.E./B.Tech. and M.E./M.Tech. in relevant fields such as Computer Science & Engineering, Information Technology, Electronics, Electrical, AI, Data Science, Applied Geology, Civil, or Mining with a minimum of 60% marks or 6.5 CGPA. Alternatively, B.E./B.Tech. from an Institute of National Importance with at least 80% marks or 8.5 CGPA. Desirable qualifications include selection through national level examinations and proficiency in AI, Deep Learning, and programming languages like Python or R.
- Software Developer: B.E./B.Tech. in Computer Science & Engineering, Information Technology, Electronics, AI, Data Science, or MCA with a minimum of 60% marks or 6.5 CGPA. Desirable skills include knowledge in AI, Deep Learning, and programming languages such as Python or R.
Minimum Monthly Remuneration
- Junior Research Fellow (JRF): Rs. 37,000/- per month plus 20% HRA
- Software Developer: Rs. 50,000/- per month (Fixed)
