IIT Delhi is seeking to engage a Consultant for its Sports Unit through a shortlisting-based interview process. The selected candidate will be responsible for coaching and mentoring the institute’s basketball teams, planning and executing training programs, and preparing teams for various tournaments. This role requires a commitment to working flexible hours, including early mornings and late evenings, to meet the demands of sports activities.

Eligibility
Candidates must have retired from Central Government or Autonomous/Statutory Bodies at Pay Level 9 or above as per the 7th CPC. They should have a minimum of 10 years of basketball coaching experience and have coached in at least two national or international events in the last five years, approved by the Basketball Federation of India. The age limit for applicants is below 62 years.
Minimum Monthly Remuneration
- Remuneration will be as per the guidelines mentioned in the Office Memorandum of the Government of India, Ministry of Finance, Department of Expenditure.
