National Institute of Technology, Warangal (Deemed University), formerly known as Regional Engineering College, was established in 1959. Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru laid the foundation stone for this institute on October 10, 1959, the first in the chain of 31 NITs (formerly known as RECs) in the country.

NEP 2020 emphasizes the creation of motivated, energized, and capable faculty. The Capacity building of teachers at all levels has been one of the major thrust areas in the field of higher education. Existing mechanisms for capacity building of faculty, i.e. UGC-HRDCs and PMMMNMTT centers have contributed immensely towards training faculty of Higher Education Institutions to provide more effective teaching. However, continuous Professional development of faculty in all disciplines is required in light of new and updated methods of pedagogy.

8-Day Online Training Program on “NEP Orientation & Sensitization Program”. 8th to 17th January, 2024. Organized by the Malaviya Mission Teacher Training Centre (Established under the Scheme of PMMMNMTT, Ministry of Education, Govt. of India) National Institute of Technology Warangal

Event Introduction

An E-Certificate will be issued to those who have attended all the sessions and have qualified the Assessment test.

This course will be considered for Fulfilment of the requirements as laid down by UGC for Career Advance Scheme (CAS).

Through online Mode
Two Sessions per Day, 90 Min Each
Session 1: 11:30 to 1:00pm
Session 2: 4:00 to 5:30pm

NOC from competent authority may be submitted at the time of registration or later also.
