Description
The JRF position is part of a research project focused on the design and applicability of aluminium-based high entropy alloy foams and sandwich structures for aerospace applications. The project is led by Dr. Neeraj Srivastava, Assistant Professor at SVNIT Surat. The selected candidate will have the opportunity to work on innovative materials that could significantly impact aerospace engineering. This position is temporary, with an initial tenure of one year, and may be extended based on performance and funding availability.

Eligibility
Candidates must possess a Post Graduate Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Design, Manufacturing, Production, Industrial & Production, Metallurgy, Applied Mechanics, Aerospace engineering, or related fields. A B.E./B.Tech. in Mechanical, Production, Aerospace, Metallurgy, or allied branches is also required. Selection is through GATE or national level examinations conducted by central government departments and agencies.
Minimum Monthly Remuneration
- Rs. 37,000/- per month plus HRA (16%) as per revised DST-JRF/SRF norms.
