The Assistant Manager Business Development at IIM Nagpur will play a crucial role in enhancing the Institute’s corporate engagement strategy. The position involves end-to-end placement management, recruiter outreach, student internships, and international placement outreach. The candidate will work closely with senior management, faculty, students, and other stakeholders to develop placement outcomes and executive education growth. This role requires extensive travel for corporate engagement and business development activities.

Eligibility
Applicants should possess a first-class post-graduation degree in any discipline, preferably in Management, from a reputed institute, along with a consistently good academic record. A minimum of 15 years of relevant professional experience is required, including at least 5 years in Corporate Relations, Placements, Career Development Services, Business Development, Executive Education, or Corporate Recruitment. Candidates should have a strong track record of building and managing corporate relationships, particularly with HR, Talent Acquisition, and senior business leaders. The maximum age limit is 45 years as of the application closing date.
Minimum Monthly Remuneration
- The selected candidate will be offered a regular appointment at the appropriate pay level as per the 7th Pay Commission, with an initial probation period of 2 years. Additional perks and allowances will be provided as per Institute norms.
