Eligibility

Essential Qualifications 

Postgraduate in any discipline of Social Sciences from recognized University with minimum 55% marks. 

Proficiency in use of computer in MS Office is essential. 

Candidates must have proficiency in both spoken and written English.

Experience Required 

Minimum 3 (three) years of experience in research related work, data analysis, organizing seminars, conference and networking with research or other academic institution. 

Minimum Monthly Remuneration

  • Pay Scale: Level-06 (35,400-1,12,400)

Duly filled applications in the prescribed format available at the Institute website www.okd.in should be submitted along with necessary testimonials by post or courier services only. No application submitted online shall be accepted. 

Last date of receiving Application: 07.10.2026. 

Applications received after 5.30 PM (IST) on 07.10.2026 shall not be considered. 

Application fee: Rs.500/- (Rupees five hundred only). 

Mode of Payment: Payable through Demand Draft (DD) drawn in favour of OMEO KUMAR DAS INSTITUTE OF SOCIAL CHANGE AND DEVELOPMENT payable at Guwahati. The Demand Draft must be enclosed with the application. 

No TA/DA shall be paid for appearing the written test.
