Description
IIIT Nagpur is seeking to engage seven sports coaches on a visiting basis to train students in different sports disciplines. The coaches will be responsible for conducting physical fitness activities, managing intramural sports programs, and assisting in facility maintenance. This role requires dedication and a passion for sports, as coaches will also act as managers for institute teams during local and national tournaments.
Position
- Sports Coach (Visiting Basis) for the following disciplines:
- Cricket
- Table Tennis
- Volleyball
- Football
- Kabaddi
- Badminton
- Athletics
Eligibility
At least three years of coaching experience in the concerned field at IIT / NIT / IIIT or any other institute of a similar nature OR
• One-year Diploma in Coaching / Certificate from NSNIS, SAI, or LNIPE Gwalior or equivalent with at least one year of coaching experience. OR
• Represented India in relevant sports / games at the international level with a certificate / license in Coaching from respective Federations / SAI. OR
• A medal winner (1st, 2nd, or 3rd position) for State, National & all India University level with coaching experience of 2 years. OR
• B.P.Ed./M.P.Ed. Certificate/license in Coaching / Training from a recognized institute / respective Federations / SAI or equivalent.
Minimum Monthly Remuneration
- Remuneration is Rs. 1,000 per visit.
