Guidelines for Regional Coordinating Institute
To create repository and awareness material in regional languages/ dialects for circulation among the village clusters for COVID-19 Awareness.
➢ RCIs are suggested to design and plan the guidelines and evaluation process as per their convenience and
Institutional norms
➢ RCIs are suggested to mobilize Jury members from diverse background and outside their Institute.
➢ Regional Result announcement shall be done by RCI (1st,2nd,3rd Prize in both the categories) between 18th to
20th July 2021 in both categories
➢ RCIs shall communicate top 2 entries to NCI, for the next round for National Award, certainly by 22nd July 2021Communication received after that will not be eligible for National level entry.
➢ RCIs are free to make additional guideline for participants (if necessary), over and above the guidelines of NCI.
➢ RCIs are allowed to use contingency fund to draw Rs. 26500/- for award money.

1st Prize : Rs.10,000/-
2nd Prize : Rs.6,000/-
3rd Prize : Rs.2,500/-
➢ Poster Competition Award (at Regional Level)
1st Prize : Rs.4,000/-

Instruction
☆ Presentations should preferably be in Regional Language
☆ Mode of Posters can be hand made or digital
☆ Size of Poster to be A4/ 5MB
☆ Poster may demonstrate one or multiple themes
☆ Video duration should be maximum 2 min.
☆ Video format should be MP4 with 15MB size.
☆ Video should be Self shoot / Animated/ Hybrid
☆ Video preferably in regional language with English/Hindi subtitles
