Sher-e-Kashmir University of Agricultural Sciences & Technology of Kashmir (SKUAST-K) Applications are invited from the eligible candidates for following Project Assistant position under the project entitled “Monitoring of Pesticide Residues at National Level” sponsored by Department of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare (DA&FW), Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, Govt. of India purely on contractual basis (co-terminus with the project) with following prescribed qualification:

Eligibility

Project Assistant

Essential Qualification : M. Sc in Entomology/ Plant Pathology /Microbiology /Agricultural Chemicals/ Chemistry/Biochemistry. Desirable Experience : Research experience in Pesticide Residue Analysis /training on sample preparation, sophisticated instruments such as LCMS/MS and GC-MS/MS, laboratory accredited as per
ISO/IEC 17025.

Minimum Monthly Remuneration

  • Rs. 25000/- Per Month (Consolidated).

The desirous candidates should submit their application form in a prescribed format (attached) along with the attested copies of relevant documents/experience/publications by or before 03-01-2023 (4.30 pm) in the office of Research Centre for Residue & Quality Analysis (RCRQA), Faculty of Horticulture, Sher-e-Kashmir University of Agricultural Sciences & Technology of Kashmir (SKUAST-K), Shalimar, Srinagar 190 025. The interview date and venue shall be communicated later on. No TA/DA will be paid to the candidates on this account.
