Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Bangalore invites applications for the position of Senior Site Engineer (Civil & Electrical) UR-04, OBC-01 in the Centre for Campus Management and Development. The details are as follows:
- Senior Site Engineer (Civil) 03 Post (UR-02 OBC-01)
- Senior Site Engineer (Electrical) 02 Post (UR-02)
Engagement is purely temporary on a contract basis, initially for a period of one year and renewable annually up to a maximum duration of Three years.

Eligibility
Senior Site Engineer (Civil)
Essential Qualification BE/B Tech in Civil Engineering with at least 15 years of experience in civil construction works, including infrastructure development / management in government institutions (such as CPWD, state PWDs or semi-government institutions / PSUs / statutory or autonomous organizations / universities / institutions of national importance) OR corporates / private industries or reputed infrastructure firms or builders. Experience in supervising the preparation of estimates, preparation of bills, processing of bills for payment, e-tendering, tender processing, etc.
Age can also be relaxed at the discretion of IISc for
candidates with more experience and merit.
Desirable Qualifications: ME/MTech in Civil Engineering, knowledge of modern construction technologies, experience in the construction
of sports complexes, stadiums, or large academi campus/commercial/residential complexes.
Senior Site Engineer (Electrical)
Essential Qualifications: BE / B Tech in Electrical Engineering with at least 15 years of experience in electrical works, including infrastructure development/management in government institutions (such as CPWD, state PWDs or semi-government institutions / PSUs / statutory or autonomous organizations / universities / institutions of national importance) OR corporates/private industries or reputed infrastructure firms or builders. Experience in supervising the preparation of estimates, preparation of bills, processing of bills for payment, etendering, tender processing etc.
Age can also be relaxed at the discretion of IISc for candidates with more experience and merit.
Desirable Qualifications: ME/MTech in Electrical Engineering, knowledge of modern electrical technologies, experience in electrical
works in sports complexes, stadiums, or large academic campus/commercial/residential complexes.
Minimum Monthly Remuneration
Rs.1,50,000/-HRA
