Over the last few years, intensive efforts are being undertaken by the Government of Kerala to provide a stronger platform for the State’s transition towards a knowledge-based society. The integral element of this effort is the promotion of Information and Communications Technology (ICT) as a strategic driver to support and contribute directly to the growth of the economy as well as enhance the quality of life of the citizens. The Government of Kerala acknowledge ICT as a key enabler for the State’s overall development and remains deeply committed to its dissemination, both as a crucial engine of economic growth and as a tool for increasing productivity, speed & transparency in governance. The State Government intends to define ways to leverage on ICT to transform the Public Sector’s internal operations and provision of Government services to the public. This transformation involves providing the services and information on an ‘anywhere and anytime’ basis.

Eligibility

• Mission Co Ordinator : BE/B.Tech(IT,CS,ECE)/MCA/MSc(CS,IT) Preference will be given to those who qualified PGDeG or Virtual IT Cadre. 5 years of Experience.
• Software Architect, Unified Registry: BE / B. Tech (CS/ECE/IT) or MCA Minimum 10 years’ experience in the design and development of software systems and applications. At least 5 years of proven experience as software architect is mandatory.
• DB Admin, Aadhaar Vault: B-Tech/ BE / MCA or equivalent Minimum 5 years.
• Senior System Admin, Aadhaar Vault: B-Tech/ BE / MCA or equivalent Minimum 5 years.
• Senior Network Engineer (NOC Operations) KSWAN: BE/B Tech in Electronics / Computer Science. Certification on CCNP or any equivalent certification from major OEM. Minimum 3 years hands on experience in network administration preferably at Network Operations Centre. (NOC) / Data Centres Experience in MPLS / IPV6 configurations is desirable.
• Assistant Mission Co Ordinator: MCA/MBA OR equivalent qualification from recognized institutions. Minimum 5 Years of Experience in IT and related areas
• Network Engineer, SECWAN: BE / B Tech in EC/IT/CS Certifications on MCSE,RHCE and CCNA. Minimum 3 years of experience in designing , managing and monitoring of networking devices, network management application, linux administration and micro soft active directory.
• Software Engineers, SECWAN: BE / B Tech in EC/IT/CS Minimum 3 years of experience in PHP software development and MySQL Database.
• Engineer -Network Operations, SDC: B Tech (Electronics) OR Post Graduate Diploma (Networking).
  Desirable: Relevant association / Certifications of bodies of known-international reputation in Networking, Information Infrastructure or Information Security Minimum 1 year experience in IT Networking Projects.
• Project Assistants: Degree OR 3 year Diploma in Commercial Practice from a recognized Polytechnic. One year experience in clerical work. Short term computer course.

Minimum Monthly Remuneration

• Mission Co Ordinator : As per deputation norms
• Software Architect, Unified Registry: Rs.80,000/- per month for 2 yrs. (5% rise after 2nd year and another 5% year after 4th year.)
• DB Admin, Aadhaar Vault: Rs.80,000/-
• Senior System Admin, Aadhaar Vault: Rs.60,000/-
• Senior Network Engineer
  (NOC Operations) KSWAN: Rs.40,000/-
• Assistant Mission Co Ordinator: Rs.35,100/-
• Network Engineer, SECWAN: Rs.35,000/-
• Software Engineers, SECWAN: Rs.35,000/-
• Engineer -Network Operations, SDC: Rs.30,000/-
• Project Assistants: Rs.24,520/-
