Project Details
Project Title: “Efficacy and Safety of Semaglutide Versus Placebo on Cardiometabolic Profile in Patients with Schizophrenia with Metabolic Syndrome: A Multicentre, Double-Blind, Randomised Controlled Trial (ESCAMS Trial)”
Duration: The initial engagement will be for a period of 11 months. Extension will depend on the requirements of the project, satisfactory performance and approval of the competent authority/ICMR, up to a maximum of 3 years or completion of the project, whichever is earlier.
PI: Dr. Debadatta Mohapatra
Eligibility
- Project Research Scientist – I: Postgraduate Degree in Life Sciences or Pharmaceutical Sciences, including the integrated PG Degrees. Research experience in clinical trials and working knowledge of biostatistics and/or PhD.
- Project Technical Support – III: Three years Graduate degree in Psychology or Social Work + three years’ post-qualification experience. M.Phil. in clinical Psychology, Experience in clinical research and administering psychological rating scales.
Minimum Monthly Remuneration
- Project Research Scientist – I: Rs. 56,000 + 20% HRA
- Project Technical Support – III: Rs. 28,000 + 20% HRA
