Description

The Shiv Nadar Institution of Eminence is seeking a Research Associate-I for a project titled “AMRITA (Age Modelling and Rejuvenation Insights through Transcriptomic Analysis): Decoding Multi-Organ Aging Trajectories in Metabolic Disorders of the Indian Population.” This project is part of the Department of Life Sciences, School of Natural Sciences, and offers a unique opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge research in the field of life sciences.

Project Details

Project Title: “AMRITA (Age Modelling and Rejuvenation Insights through Transcriptomic Analysis): Decoding Multi-Organ Aging Trajectories in Metabolic Disorders of the Indian Population”.

Duration: Initially 12 Months (Temporary basis), which is extendable up to 36 Months (total).

Eligibility

Candidates must hold a Ph.D. in Bioinformatics, Life Sciences, Biological Sciences, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or a related discipline from a recognized university/institute. Those who have submitted their Ph.D. thesis and are awaiting the award of the degree may also be considered. Desirable qualifications include experience in single-cell RNA sequencing, pathway analysis, and molecular and cell biology.

Minimum Monthly Remuneration

• Fellowship is INR 58,000/- p.m. plus HRA as per guidelines.
