As a Field Associate in Admissions Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between the University for Social Change and young individuals seeking meaningful futures. Your responsibilities will include energizing classrooms, leading workshops, partnering with schools, and representing the university’s mission across the region. This role requires strong communication skills and at least two years of outreach experience.

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience

• Willingness to travel frequently

• Strong communication skills

• For Bangalore location: good oral and written communication skills in Kannada and Telugu is required

• Building long-term relationships with schools and colleges in assigned region, through visits and other engagements throughout the year.

• Organising workshops, seminars, open houses and campus visits for students and teachers.

• Contributing to all admissions related events in the assigned region

• Documenting and reporting on the effectiveness of such efforts
