Project Title: “Enhancing Iron Use Efficiency in Crops Through Metabolic Rewiring: Role of Phosphoenolpyruvate Carboxylase (PEPC) in Nutrient-Stress Crosstalk”.
Project Title: “Engineering Vascular Immunity by Deciphering Cytokinin Crosstalk Between Plants and Ralstonia solanacearum During Bacterial Wilt”.
Duration: The initial offer will be for one year and renewable subject to satisfactory performance. The position is co-terminus with the project.

- Laboratory Technician
Project Title: “SEED-DSR: Seedling and Root Engineering for Efficiency (Nutrient and Water) and Drought/Heat Resilience in Direct-Seeded Rice”.
Duration: The initial offer will be for one year and renewable to one more year subject to satisfactory performance. The position is co terminus with the project.

Eligibility
- Junior Research Fellow/Project Associate-I: Master’s Degree in Natural or Agricultural/horticultural Sciences from a recognized University or equivalent.
- Laboratory Technician: Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biological Sciences, Biotechnology, Agricultural Sciences, Horticultural Sciences, or a related discipline from a recognized university. Basic knowledge of laboratory practices, including sample handling, preparation of solutions and reagents, maintenance of laboratory records, and safe handling of laboratory equipment and chemicals
Minimum Monthly Remuneration
- JRF/PA-I: Rs. 37,000/- + 10% HRA for candidates selected through national eligibility tests or Rs. 30,000/- + 10% HRA for others.
- Laboratory Technician: Rs. 20,000/- + 9% HRA.
