Project Title: “Genetic dissection for fruit size, quality and bacterial blight resistance in pomegranate through genome-wide association mapping”.
Eligibility
- Junior Research Fellow /Senior Research Fellow: Master’s degree in Horticulture/Fruit Science/Genetics/Plant Breeding/ Genetics and Plant Breeding/Plant Molecular Biology and Biotechnology/ Life Sciences with 4/5 years bachelor’s degree.
- Field Assistant: B.Sc./ 3 years diploma in Engineering and Tech. Graduate degree in any discipline.
Minimum Monthly Remuneration
- Junior Research Fellow /Senior Research Fellow: Rs. 37000 +HRA (27%) for first and second year and Rs. 42000 + HRA (27%) for third year.
- Field Assistant: Rs. 20000 + HRA (27%)

No objection Certificate (NOC) from the current employer is required, if working. Biodata as per the format given in Annexure 1 should be submitted along with attested copies of 10th, 12th, Under-graduation, post-graduation and other certificates required.
