Description

The JRF position is part of a sponsored project titled “Online Learning for Wireless Systems in High Doppler Scenarios: Algorithm Development and Hardware Prototyping.” The project focuses on developing machine learning algorithms for channel estimation and data detection in next-generation wireless communication systems. The role involves tackling online optimization problems and contributing to the hardware prototyping of these systems.

Eligibility

Candidates must possess a B.E./BTech/M.E./MTech/M.Sc. or equivalent in Electronics & Communication Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering Physics, or Engineering Mathematics. A good academic background is essential, along with qualification in GATE, CSIR/UGC NET, or any other national level examination conducted by Central Government Departments/Institutions. Desirable qualifications include knowledge in probability, statistics, linear algebra, and machine learning algorithms. Experience in programming languages such as C/C++, Python, MATLAB, and VHDL/Verilog/Vivado HLS is preferred.

Minimum Monthly Remuneration

• Rs. 37,000/- per month + 20% HRA for the first two years
• Rs. 42,000/- per month + 20% HRA for the third year
• HRA is applicable if hostel accommodation is not provided
