🎓 QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENT
Essential qualifications include a Post Graduate Degree in Engineering/Technology or a Post Graduate Degree in Basic Science with specialization in Electronics, Nanotechnology, Physics, Chemistry, or equivalent. Undergraduate candidates in Engineering/Technology are eligible if they have qualified GATE/NET or any equivalent examination conducted by the Central Government. A valid GATE score is not mandatory.
Open/EWS/OBC-NCL candidates must have a minimum CPI/CGPI/CGPA of 6.5 on a 10-point scale or 60% marks in their master’s degree. SC/ST candidates require a minimum CGPI of 6.0 or 55% marks. Desirable qualifications include a B.E./B.Tech Degree in relevant engineering disciplines.
The B.E./ B.Tech Degree should be in Electronics and Communication Engineering/Electronics Engineering/Electrical Engineering/Material Science & Engineering/Metallurgical and Materials Engineering/Mechanical Engineering/Chemical Engineering/Nanotechnology/Physic/ or Equivalent discipline.
🏆 SALARY / REMUNERATION / PAY SCALE ₹
The selected candidate will receive Rs. 37,000/- per month for the first two years and Rs. 42,000/- per month for the third year, plus HRA as per norms.
