The NITK Surathkal is seeking eligible Indian nationals to fill the role of Project Interns in a time-bound project within the Centre for Interdisciplinary Studies. This project focuses on developing advanced NLP pipelines and machine learning applications. Successful candidates will work closely with experts in the field, gaining invaluable experience and contributing to cutting-edge research.

Eligibility

Candidates must be undergraduates or graduates in engineering fields such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, or Electronics and Communication Engineering. A strong foundation in programming, NLP, machine learning, and automation is essential. Desirable skills include familiarity with speech recognition, small language models, Python programming, ROS, API integration, and basic machine learning frameworks for conversational AI and speech processing.

Minimum Monthly Remuneration

• ₹9,000 plus HRA (if applicable)
