The Punjab Agricultural University, a premier institution in agricultural research and education, is seeking to fill one post of Senior Research Fellow in the Department of Entomology. Eligibility
Candidates must possess the following qualifications:
- B.Sc. in Agriculture or Chemistry with a minimum OCPA of 6.00/10.00 (60% marks)
- M.Sc. in Entomology, Chemistry, or Agricultural Chemicals with a minimum OCPA of 6.50/10.00 (65% marks) and NET qualification, along with two years of research experience (for candidates with a degree in basic sciences)
- Alternatively, a Ph.D. in Entomology, Chemistry, or Agricultural Chemicals
- Desirable: Experience with GC, HPLC, GC-MS, LC-MS, and pesticide residues analysis
Minimum Monthly Remuneration
- Rs 37,000/- plus 16% HRA
