Applications are invited from the interested candidates for one temporary position of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) to work on a sponsored research project entitled “Sunlight-mediated conversion of plastic/bio-waste to heteroatom doped graphene based hybrid materials: Application in energ/ harvesting, storage, and environmental remediation.” from ER-IPR. DRDO.
Details of qualifications, Emoluments and duration are given below: Nature of work : The selected candidate will synthesize and characterize nanomaterials that will be effectively used for energy harvesting and storage applications. 3 Years of Duration.The selected candidate will synthesize and characterize nanomaterials that will be effectively used for energy harvesting and storage applications.

Eligibility

Position: Junior Research Fellow

Essential qualification: 1. The candidate must have a valid GATE/NET /CSIR-JRF/UGC-JRF. 2. B.Sc. with Chemistry as one paper (1st class), MSc in Chemistry (1st class). Desired qualifications: 1. Strong interest in working in the fields of Inorganic, Nanomaterials, and Electrochemistry. 2. With preliminary knowledge and experience in the synthesis of nanomaterials.

Minimum Monthly Remuneration

  • Junior Research Fellow – * Rs. 37,0001- + Rs. 6,660/- (18 %HRA as per norms) per month for first 2 years * 42,0001- + Rs. 7,5601- (18% HRA as per norms) per month for third year. The selected candidate opting campus accommodation, subjected to the availability, are not eligible for HRA.
