The NITS-Foundation for Innovation, Incubation, and Entrepreneurship (NITS-FIIE) at NIT Silchar is seeking competent and motivated individuals for the roles of Chief Executive Officer, Incubation Manager, and Incubation Associate. These positions are part of the DST NIDHI-ITBI initiative, which aims to support and nurture start-ups and innovation in the region.

Eligibility

• Chief Executive Officer: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering/Technology/Pharmacy from a recognized University/ Institute. Applicants having an additional degree of MBA or equivalent postgraduate management degree would be given due preference.
• Incubation Manager: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering/Technology/Science/Business/Management from a recognized University/ Institute. Applicants having an additional degree of MBA or equivalent would be given due preference. 
• Incubation Associate: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering/Technology/Science/ Business/Management from a recognized University/ Institute.

Minimum Monthly Remuneration

• Chief Executive Officer: Rs. 80,000/- (Consolidated) with a 10% annual increment based on performance.
• Incubation Manager: Rs. 40,000/- (Consolidated) with a 10% annual increment based on performance.
• Incubation Associate: Rs. 30,000/- (Consolidated) with a 10% annual increment based on performance.
