Description

The National Institute of Technology Puducherry, recognized as an Institute of National Importance under the Ministry of Education, Government of India, is seeking applications for a Project Associate-I position. This role is part of a research project funded by the Anusandhan National Research Foundation (ANRF) under the Ramanujan Fellowship. The project focuses on valorising carbon dioxide and carbonyl sulphide to develop sustainable and degradable polymeric materials for targeted applications.

Eligibility

A first-class master’s degree in chemistry from a recognized university or an equivalent Preference will be given to those with experience in organic synthesis, particularly in the field of catalysis. Skills in programming for instrumentation and setting up air-sensitive experiments are highly desirable. Previous experience in R&D or related research projects will be an added advantage.

Minimum Monthly Remuneration

• Rs. 30,000 + 08% HRA
