The National Institute of Technology Calicut is conducting an online interview for the engagement of a Junior Research Fellow on a contract basis. The selected candidate will work on a research project in the Chemical Engineering Department, focusing on innovative methods for CO2 capture and regeneration. Eligibility

Candidates must have an M.E./MTech in Chemical Engineering with a minimum of 60% marks or a 6.5 CGPA from a recognized technical institute or university. Alternatively, candidates with a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering or a relevant branch with a first-class CGPA of 7.5 and a valid GATE score are eligible. Experience in process modelling and simulation, particularly with Aspen Plus and COMSOL software, is desirable.

Minimum Monthly Remuneration

  • Rs. 37,000 + 20% HRA
