National Institute of Food Technology Entrepreneurship and Management Applications are invited in the prescribed format (Annexure-1) for the position of Senior Research Fellow) (01 no.) on purely contractual basis (till March 2023 to work in the externally funded (MOFPI) research project

Title of the Project: “Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons (PAHs) and Polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs) in Indian grilled and fried fish products, prevention strategy and dietary risk assessment”

Eligibility

Position:Senior Research Fellow Master’s degree with 60% marks in the area of Chemical Sciences, Analytical Chemistry, Environmental Sciences with 4 years or 5 years of bachelor’s degree. Post-graduate degree in the area of Chemical Sciences, Analytical Chemistry, Environmental Sciences with 3 years Bachelor’s degree and 2 years Master’s degree should have NET (National eligibility test) qualifications and 2 years of research experience.

Desirable qualification Experience in the analysis of organic contaminants, working with HPLC/GC, field sample collection

Minimum Monthly Remuneration

• Senior Research Fellow Fellowship per month Rs. 31000/- + HRA (@08%)
