The Senior Project Assistant/Data Entry Operator will be responsible for supporting the “Validation of a Digital Health App (Recoup App)” project. This involves creating care plans, onboarding patients and caregivers, and collecting outcomes data. The role requires on-site presence at the hospital, with duties aligned to hospital schedules and strict adherence to confidentiality and data privacy protocols.

Eligibility
Candidates must have a graduation degree (BSc or equivalent) or higher, preferably with experience in health sciences. Proficiency in MS Excel, SPSS, and Google survey is required. Experience in data entry, clinical coordination, or hospital administration is preferred. Fluency in Kannada, Tulu, and English is essential, with Hindi being an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities • Care Plan Creation — Build recovery/care plans in the Recoup platform accurately based on the treating doctor’s prescription and/or discharge summary for each enrolled patient. • Patient & Caregiver Onboarding — Provide basic, hands-on training to patients and their family caregivers on how to install, navigate, and use the Recoup mobile app. • Outcomes Data Collection — Conduct surveys and collect patient-reported outcomes (PROs) using pre-defined, standardized questionnaire forms, per the trial protocol and defined schedule.
