Description
The Junior Research Fellow will be involved in a VGST-funded project aimed at designing and developing a low-energy hydrodynamic cavitation-based homogenizer. This project is crucial for the synthesis of food and pharmaceutical-grade oil-in-water nano emulsions, providing experimental and molecular simulation insights. The role involves assisting in the design of the homogenizer, conducting experiments, generating and interpreting data, and report writing.

Eligibility
Candidates must possess an MTech. in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Biotechnology, Nanotechnology, Food Engineering, Food Technology, Oil and Surfactant Technology, Pharmaceutical Science & Technology, or related fields. Alternatively, an M.Sc. in Chemistry, Physics, Biotechnology, or Pharmaceutical Sciences with at least two years of research experience in reputed institutes is desirable. Experience in CFD simulations is an added advantage.
Minimum Monthly Remuneration
- Rs. 25,000 per month (Consolidated)
