Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE), Manipal invites applications from eligible candidates for Junior Research Fellow position of the ad-hoc scheme of Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR), Govt. of India funded project titled ‘Lysosomal pathology in relation to translocation of PAK1, synaptic dysfunction and modulation of membrane actin protrusions in Alzheimer patients derived iPSC model’ at Manipal Institute of Regenerative Medicine (MIRM), Allalasandra, Yelahanka, Bangalore – 560065 (A unit of MAHE, Manipal).

• Junior Research Fellow

Eligibility

Position:Junior Research Fellow

• M. Sc. in life science stream with minimum 70% marks
• Hands on experience of cell culture; imaging and image analysis; flow cytometry, molecular biology techniques;
• Knowledge of iPSC differentiation

Duration: Initially for one year. Extendable on performance/need basis.

Minimum Monthly Remuneration

• Consolidated Pay of Rs. 31,000 per month + HRA @ 24% on Consolidated Pay
