J C Bose University of Science and Technology invites application from eligible candidates for the position of Library Trainee (Purely temporary)

J.C. Bose University of Science and Technology, YMCA, Faridabad (erstwhile YMCA University of Science and Technology, Faridabad erstwhile YMCA Institute of Engineering, Faridabad) was established in the year 1969, as a joint venture of the National Council of YMCAs of India, Govt of Haryana, and the Central Agencies for Development Aid, Bonn, Germany. It started as an Indo-German project with an aim to impart technical education to a developing India on German pattern.

Description

Pt. Deen Dayal Upadhyay Central Library of J C Bose University of Science & Technology, YMCA, Faridabad (Haryana) invites application from eligible candidates for the position of Library Trainee (Purely temporary).

Position

• Library Trainee (Purely temporary).

Eligibility

BLIS / MLIS

Selection: It will be based on academic record and performance in the interview.
Candidates with knowledge of computer/MS office/ Koha/ DSPACE will be preferred.

Minimum Monthly Remuneration

• Consolidated Remuneration: Rs. 6000/-pm (having BLIS)/ Rs. 8000 pm (having MLIS)

Unless the hard copy is received, the application will not be considered. The envelop should be super scribed “Application for LIBRARY TRAINEE.” Applicants are required to carry all original documents for the verification at the time of interview. University reserves the right to fill up/ not fill up the vacancy or cancel the advertisement in whole or partly without assigning any reason. Application, incomplete in any respect and without relevant documents as required, will be rejected. Applicants must note that the University will not offer any job on completion of the training. Training Certificate will be issued after successful Completion of Training period.
