Title of project: Development of a Stability & Reliability Aware Design Methods for SRAM Based CIM for AI Applications Sponsor of the project : Semiconductor Research Corporation, USA (Primary Collaborator Texas Instruments) Project position(s) and number :

Project Associate One (l).

Job description: The candidate should have a good knowledge of semiconductor device physics, network theory and VLSI circuit design. He/She should have an exposure to CMOS design logic.
1. EDA./Tools: Cadence tools, Spice, Layout-Editors, TCAD device/process simulation, TCAD mixed-mode simulation.
2. Hardware Descriptive language: Verilog or Verilog-A (desirable) 3. Scripting Language : Python, Perl or Bash.

Eligibility

Project Associate Qualifications : B.E/B.Tech in ECE or equivalent (Preferably, M.E/M.Tech Microelectronics/VLSl or equivalent).

Minimum Yearly Remuneration

Rs. 40,000/- + HRA (as per institute rules)
