The Junior Research Fellow (JRF) position at IIT Jammu offers a unique opportunity to engage in cutting-edge research in the field of Civil Engineering, specifically focusing on concrete materials. The project aims to develop a rational heating protocol to characterize the high-temperature residual mechanical properties of concrete. Eligibility

Candidates must possess a B.Tech/ B.E. or equivalent degree in Civil Engineering with CGPA ≥ 6.5 (or 65%) degree with a minimum CGPA of 6.5 (65%) or an MTech/ M.E. or equivalent degree in Structural Engineering/ Construction Engineering or related field with CGPA ≥ 7.0 (or 70%). degree with a minimum CGPA of 7.0 (70%) in Structural Engineering or Construction. Additionally, candidates should have qualified GATE with a valid score or have been admitted to an MTech program through GATE qualification. The upper age limit is 28 years, with relaxations applicable for SC/ST, women, physically handicapped, and OBC-NCL candidates.

Minimum Monthly Remuneration

• Rs.37,000/- per month plus HRA as per institute rules
