Eligibility

Minimum qualification for RA:
PhD in Nanotechnology with an excellent publication record and specialization in one of the following 3 areas:
Flexible nano electronics, Electrochemical sensors/biosensors, Supercapacitors
Emoluments: 47000 INR-54000 per month
Age limit: 30 years as on 1 January 2022.
Duration of the project: One year
Minimum qualification for JRF:
M.Sc. or equivalent in Electronics / Electronic Sciences (EL) / Physics (PH)/Nanotechnology/Material Science
or
M.E./M.Tech. in Microelectronics / Nanoelectronics / Nanotechnology/ Nanobiotechnology / Material Science and engineering
Minimum CGPA of 8/10.
Emoluments: 31000 INR per month
Age limit: 25 years as on 1 January 2022.
Duration of the project: One year

Minimum Monthly Remuneration

• Research Associate (RA) Emoluments: 47000 INR-54000 per month
• Junior Research Fellow (JRF) Emoluments: 31000 INR per month
