It starte.d academic activity in August 2015 in the spacious transit campus located at Sree Rama Engineering College, Rami Reddy Nagar, Karakambadi Road, Tirupati.

Description

Indian Institute of Science Education and Research (IISER) Tirupati is a premier autonomous Institution established by the Ministry of Education, Government of India, for promotion of high-quality science education and research in the country. The Institute invites applications from Indian nationals for the following position purely
on contract basis. Name of the project is Mechanisms that orchestrate DNA breakage and repair in meiosis.

Position

• Project Associate – 1 (PA-1) – 1 Post

Eligibility

• Project Associate – 1 (PA-1) – M.Sc in Biology (or) equivalent degree with minimum 55% marks or equivalent grade. Provisional degree at the time of joining is acceptable.
• Desirable: Candidates having experience in yeast genetics, molecular techniques, analyzing next generation sequencing data.

Minimum Monthly Remuneration

Project Associate – 1 (PA-1) :

• Rs. 25,000/- + 8% HRA per month.
• Rs. 31,000/- + 8% HRA per month based on valid
  CSIR / UGC-JRF / NET / GATE / Qualified National Level Test conducted by Central Govt. Depts. and their agencies
