Name of the project is “Flexible Tetracene/Pentacene Based Multilayer Organic Phototransistors for UV-B Detection” funded by SERB, Govt. of India.
Position
- Junior Research Fellow / Project Associate-I – 1 Post
Eligibility
M.Sc. in Physics or Materials Science or Equivalent degree
Desirable:
• Valid CSIR / UGC NET-JRF/JEST or GATE score card.
• Strong motivation to explore rich physics in organic semiconductor . Experience in crystal growth and/or thin film deposition, semiconductor characterization and handling inert, UHV systems.
Minimum Monthly Remuneration
- Project Associate-I: – Rs. 25,000/- + 8% HRA per month (Consolidated) for the candidate who possess only minimum qualification.
- Junior Research Fellow / Project Associate-I: Rs. 31,000/- + 8% HRA per month (Consolidated) based on valid CSIR / UGC- JRF / NET / GATE / JEST/ Qualified National Level Test conducted by Central Govt. Depts. and their agencies.
- Subject to satisfactory performance after completion of 2 years fellowship can be upgraded to Senior Research Fellow / Project Associate-II as per the SERB guidelines.
