The IISER Tirupati is seeking a Research Associate-1 to work on a project titled “Unravelling design criteria for engineering tunable multi-exitonic emission in low dimensional metal halide hybrids through doping/co-doping synthetic strategy.” This project falls under the research area of Material Chemistry and is led by Principal Investigator Dr. Janardan Kundu. The selected candidate will engage in cutting-edge research, contributing to the development of innovative solutions in the field.

Eligibility
Candidates must possess a Ph.D. degree in Chemical Sciences. Those who have submitted their thesis and are awaiting the award of their Ph.D. degree are also eligible to apply. Applicants should demonstrate evidence of conducting high-quality research during or after their Ph.D. program. Experience in growing single crystals of metal halide hybrids, crystallography, and optical spectroscopy is highly desirable.
Minimum Monthly Remuneration
- Rs. 58,000/- per month + 10% HRA for candidates with a Ph.D. certificate.
- Rs. 42,000/- per month + 10% HRA for candidates awaiting their Ph.D. degree, provided they submit a letter from a competent authority stating that the thesis has been submitted and the final viva/defence is pending.
