The Junior Research Fellow (JRF) position at IISER Berhampur is a temporary role designed to support the research project titled “PNP-Pincer Scaffolds as Versatile Platforms for Stabilization of Unusual Metal-Element Bonds and their Utility in CO Activation and Homogeneous Catalysis.” This project is funded by the DST under the ANRF scheme, and it aims to explore new frontiers in chemistry by stabilizing unusual metal-element bonds. The selected candidate will work under the guidance of Dr. Adinarayana Doddi, an Associate Professor in the Department of Chemical Sciences.

Eligibility
Candidates must possess a master’s degree in sciences from a reputed institution with a first-class academic record. Selection is based on national-level examinations such as CSIR-UGC NET, DST Inspire, or GATE with a valid score. Prior exposure to molecular inorganic and organometallic chemistry and homogeneous catalysis is desirable.
Minimum Monthly Remuneration
- ₹37,000 per month plus HRA as applicable. Hostel accommodation is subject to availability and institute regulations.
