The University College of Engineering, Anna University BIT Campus, Tiruchirappalli, is seeking a Project Assistant for a temporary position in a research project sponsored by the Department of Technical Education, Tamil Nadu. The project, titled “Design, Synthesis, and Anti-Inflammatory Evaluation of Chromone-Based TNF-Alpha Inhibitors Using Integrated Computational and Experimental Approaches,” aims to explore innovative solutions in pharmaceutical technology. The selected candidate will work within the Department of Pharmaceutical Technology & Centre for Excellence in Nanobio Translational Research.

Eligibility
Candidates must possess a postgraduate degree in Life Sciences (Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, etc.) or an undergraduate/postgraduate degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Engineering/Technology, Biotechnology, or equivalent. Desirable qualifications include skills in drug design principles, computational tools (such as molecular docking, QSAR, virtual screening, molecular modelling), organic synthesis, spectral analysis, and molecular biological tools.
Minimum Monthly Remuneration
- Rs. 25,000/- per month (Consolidated)
