The Counsellor (Psychiatric Social Worker) at IIM Visakhapatnam will be responsible for offering comprehensive counselling services to students, faculty, and staff. The role involves acting as the primary contact for students seeking emotional and interpersonal support, managing counselling services, and maintaining confidentiality while reporting critical cases. The counsellor will work with a diverse student body, including those from competitive residential institutions, and will handle cases such as substance abuse and support for the LGBTQ+ community.

Eligibility
Candidates must possess an M. Phil in Psychiatric Social Work and have a minimum of two years of experience in counselling and therapy. Experience in educational institutes is desirable. Experience in managing counselling services and working with students from diverse backgrounds is essential.
