The Indian Institute of Management Lucknow is seeking qualified candidates for research positions to support ongoing projects in Human Resource Management. The roles involve conducting literature reviews, data analysis using statistical packages, and preparing comprehensive reports. These positions are contractual and based at the IIM Lucknow main campus.

Eligibility

• Senior Research Associate: • Ph.D. in a relevant field with a minimum of 3 years of research experience • Postgraduate from a reputed institute/ university in regular mode with minimum 60% marks • At least one research paper in any category of a journal.
• Research Associate ‘A’:  Ph.D. in a relevant field with a minimum of 2 years of research experience • Postgraduate from a reputed institute/ university in regular mode with minimum 60% marks • At least one research paper in any category of a journal.
• Research Associate ‘B’: • Ph.D. in a relevant field • Postgraduate from a reputed institute/ university in regular mode with minimum 60% marks • At least one research paper in any category of a journal.
• Senior Research Assistant: • Postgraduate/MBA from a reputed institute/ university in regular mode with minimum 60% marks

Minimum Monthly Remuneration

• Senior Research Associate: ₹70,000 + HRA as per norms
• Research Associate ‘A’: ₹65,000 + HRA as per norms
• Research Associate ‘B’: ₹60,000 + HRA as per norms
• Senior Research Assistant: ₹50,000 + HRA as per norms
